Tara's December birthday was marked by a festive crab eating contest and the unveiling of a statue commissioned in her honor.

"The statue was unveiled in a small ceremony presided over by city leaders'" said Karen. "But we did not invite them to the celebratory birthday feast." The crabfest took place in the kitchen, after the Corgis had the chance to inspect the fresh crabs.
